NYZ: Soen Shaku Weekend Sesshin

Join us at this sesshin commemorating the life and teaching of the first Rinzai Zen master to bring Shakyamuni Buddha’s teachings to the West. Sesshin will be led by Hokuto Osho, and will include zazen, morning service, chanting, sarei, teisho and dokusan, and formal jihatsu meals will be served.

The sesshin fee is $150 for Supporting Members and $175 for nonmembers. Please consider becoming a Supporting Member.Full-time participation is encouraged; part-time attendance will be considered as space allows.  If you have any questions, or if this will be your first sesshin, please email the NYZ office at office@newyorkzendo.org before registering.   No one will be turned away for lack of funds; please contact office@newyorkzendo.org for support.
