NYZ: Midday Meditation Class with Matsubara Osho

Imagine sitting quietly in meditation. You are in complete control of your emotions and the stress derived from your busy lifestyle. You are experiencing a state of calm, relaxed, body-mind equilibrium. This is you, at the New York Zendo Shobo-ji.
This meditation class includes instructions in Zen meditation (zazen), walking meditation, tea, talk, and Q&A.
No experience necessary; all are welcome. $20 (or $10 for Zen Studies Society members). Registration required. For more information or to register, email Matsubara Oshō.
