NYZ: March-On Sesshin

Join us in person and online as we commemorate the life and legacy of Soen Nakagawa Roshi. Led by Chigan Roshi in person at New York Zendo. Soen Roshi’s commitment to transmitting the Dharma to the West and his unique spirit and style of Zen practice have inspired the spiritual path of countless Zen students, including Zenshin Richard Rudin, who will be ordained by Shinge Roshi in a special webinar on Sunday afternoon.
During sesshin, Chigan Roshi will offer dokusan in person at New York Zendo on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. If the schedule allows, he will also offer dokusan online Saturday evening. Shinge Roshi will offer online dokusan Saturday morning for senior students only. Hokuto Sensei will offer online Dharma interviews both Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Those registering for online participation will receive email information on how to sign up for dokusan and Dharma interviews.
